DELIVERY TERMS

Only fully paid orders are delivered. Order processing and its transfer to the logistics company takes place after successful payment within 1-3 business days (depending on the quantity). The countdown of the delivery time specified by the logistics company starts only after that. For the most accurate match, please provide correct details when placing and paying your order.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available to retail customers who place an order for at least RUB 5555. Free shipping is carried out by Russian Post. Buyer pays for other shipping options according to the estimated rates. Shipping is calculated at the regular rate for wholesalers.

CDEK (LOCAL DELIVERY)

Local delivery is carried out by the CDEK logistics company. Shipping costs and times are calculated when you place your order. It depends how far away you live. You can choose from two delivery options. This is “Pickup” from the nearest delivery point in your city or “Delivery by Courier” in person.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Your purchases will be saved in the Purchase History if you made a purchase as a registered visitor (i.e. used the website with a PERSONAL ACCOUNT). In your Personal Account you can at any time see your order's current status, as well as your Purchase History.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

All orders placed in our online store are processed automatically. Once your order is placed and imported to oursystem, it is not possible to edit it or make any changes. RETURN POLICY

ANY ITEMS MAY BE EXCHANGE OR RETURNED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • The item was not in use.
  • The original packaging has been preserved. Seals and factory labels are not broken.
  • No more than 30 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns and exchanges of underwear and hosiery.

    PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ONLINE ORDERS:

  • The items must be sent to the sender's address.
  • Refunds or exchanges are made after the items have returned to the online store warehouse.
  • Our online store pays the shipping costs (exchange-return) in case of the items' defectiveness and substandard quality. In other cases, shipping costs (exchange-return) are carried out by the Buyer.
